Reports normally take up to a month to be prepared from arrival of all records.
The records that are required are:
- All GP records
- All hospital records
- Relevant imaging
- Claimant and/or defence statements
Reports normally take between 10-12 hours to produce.
If Claimants need to be seen and examined, it is usually necessary for them to have full 'lung function' tests, and an up-to-date chest X-ray taken. These are done at additional cost and there needs to be a 'Letter of Guarantee' regarding payment of costs, written directly by the client's solicitor to the providers of these services. Exact details can be obtained from the Practice Manager, Caroline Holliday, on 0207 224 2016, or via this contact form.
